Vishay BCcomponents announces the release of a new range of MKP 339 lead (Pb)-free X2 interference suppression film capacitors which save space in filter and power supply applications

  • X2 interference suppression
  • Small size
  • Suitable for filter, power supplies and mains applications where board space is limited and mounting height is restricted
  • Metallized polypropylene film potted in a flame-retardant case, made of material that is qualified in accordance with ULV94V-0
  • Metal evaporated electrodes
  • Range of values
  • Range of pitch sizes – 7.5 mm up to 27.5 mm
  • Range of case sizes, many of which are smaller than the industry standard (the 470 nF 20% and 10% are available in case 10.0 x 16.5 x 17.5. The 1.0 µF is available in case 10.0 x 19.5 x 26.0)
  • Capacitors can be supplied loose in a box or taped in ammopack, or reel format

  • Tolerances rated at either ±10% or ±20%
  • Rated voltage of 275 V AC at 50/60 Hz
  • Maximum permissible DC specified as 630 V DC
