Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announces the release of new
Tantamount® Hi-Rel COTS T97 series solid tantalum chip capacitors,
designed to provide high-reliability screening and surge current testing
options with extremely low ESR performance.
- Offer high-reliability screening options including Weibull grading
- Feature surge current testing options in accordance with
MIL-PRF-55365
- Maximum capacitance-voltage in a variety of cases
- SnPb terminations standard, with 100 % tin terminations available
