Vishay Releases New HE3 Wet Tantalum High-Energy Capacitor With
SuperTan® Technology for Ultra-High Capacitance Range of 1100 µF
to
72000 µF and Low ESR
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announces the release of a
new wet tantalum high-energy capacitor that offers the highest capacitance
of any similar device on the market. The HE3 features a unique case design
with SuperTan® technology for improved reliability and performance in
high-energy applications.

Availability:
Samples and production quantities of the new HE3 wet tantalum high-energy
capacitor will be available in June 2007, with lead times of approximately
8 to 10 weeks for larger orders.
