#17 − VSLY5850 IR Emitter
Featuring a unique surface emitter technology and parabolic lens for a narrow ± 3° angle of half intensity, the VSLY5850 delivers extremely high radiant intensity of 600 mW/sr at a 100 mA drive current, high optical output power to 55 mW, and fast 10 ns switching times. The device is optimized for IR illumination in CMOS cameras, fire alarm systems, and smoke detectors as well as high-modulation-frequency applications for long-range data transmission.
#44 − IHLP-1212BZ-11 Inductor
Vishay’s IHLP® low-profile, high-current inductor in the 1212 case size offers a 3.0 mm by 3.6 mm footprint with ultra-low 2.0 mm profile, a high maximum frequency to 1 MHz, and standard inductance values from 0.22 µH through 1.5 µH. The IHLP-1212BZ-11 serves as a high-performing, space- and power-saving solution for voltage regulator module (VRM) and dc-to-dc converter applications in a broad range of electronic products.
The surface-mount WSLP3921and WSLP5931 Power Metal Strip resistors in the 3921 and 5931 case sizes offer high power ratings from 5W to 10W with extremely low resistance values down to 0.0003 Ω. The resistors incorporate a solid metal nickel-chrome or manganese-copper alloy resistive element with a TCR below 20ppm/°C. This results in a high-power resistor with an operating temperature range of -65 °C to +170°C.
#70 − RMKHT Thin Film Chip Resistors and Resistor Networks
Optimized for high-temperature environments, the RMKHT wire-bondable, thin film chip resistors and resistor networks feature an operating temperature range from - 55 °C to + 215 °C with a maximum storage temperature to + 230 °C. The components feature a load life stability of 0.5 % after 1,000 hours at + 215 °C, a thin 0.4 mm height profile, and resistance values ranging from 10Ω to 6MΩ.
