Vishay Siliconix and Vishay Semiconductor Products Now Available from USI Electronics

Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Malvern, Pennsylvania — February 21, 2008 — USI Electronics and Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) are pleased to announce that Vishay's broad portfolio of semiconductor products, including MOSFETs, rectifiers, diodes, transistors, TVS products, power ICs, and optoelectronics are now available from USI Electronics.

USI Electronics today announced its franchise distribution agreement to sell Vishay Intertechnology semiconductor components from the Vishay Siliconix and Vishay Semiconductors divisions.
