- Driven directly from 1.2-V buses, MOSFET turn-on voltage is
brought into alignment with the 1.2-V and 1.3-V operating voltages of
digital ICs
- Eliminates the need for an extra conversion stage in systems
with a core voltage lower than 1.5 V
- Ultra-low on-resistance ratings at 1.2 V and 1.5 V reduce
power consumption, extending battery usage time in portable
