Vishay Siliconix Power MOSFETs for Automotive

We are in the final stages of developing a new generation of improved and more rugged power MOSFETs automotive applications. These new devices will be fully compliant to AEC Q 101 and have a unique identification number, but will allow you to easily match new automotive-rated devices with the current commercial device. Once these new devices are available, many previous-generation power MOSFETs will no longer be recommended for new designs. For this reason we have removed the current Automotive Selector Guide and will replace it with a new version that will be available here for download approximately in quarter one 2008. A printed version will also be available.

Along with these changes we are working on a new automotive power MOSFETs gateway page that will provide you with fast, easy access to information on our new automotive parts.

Several of these new devices have already been released. To view product datasheets, please click on the part numbers below, or use the part number search on the upper right-hand corner of the Vishay web site. We will be updating this page regularly as new devices are added until the new automotive web page is activated.
