Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announces the release of a new family of 20 W thick film power resistors featuring a compact, easy-to-mount TO-263 package (D2PAK) and a broad range of resistance values.
Very small TO-263 (D2PAK) package saves valuable space on the circuit board, allowing designers to reduce the size of their end products
Non-inductive with a wide resistance range
Standard tolerances of ±1 % to ±10 %
