Film Resistor With Extremely Low Resistance Down to 10 mΩ, Tight
Tolerances of ±1 % and ±5 %, and Low TCR Down to ±100
ppm/K
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announces a
new thick film resistor that combines an extremely low resistance with
tight tolerances and low TCR for current-sensing applications.
- Offered in 0603, 0805, and 1206 case sizes
- Features a special metal glaze on high-quality ceramic with a
protective overglaze
- Lead (Pb)-free solder contacts on a nickel barrier layer, with pure
tin plating providing compatibility with both lead (Pb)-free and
lead-containing soldering processes

power resistor provides designers with an extremely low resistance down to
10 mΩ, tight tolerances of ±1 % and ±5 %, and low TCR down
to ±100 ppm/K for current- sensing applications. The device is
offered in three case sizes: the 0603 (0.1 W), 0805 (0.125 W), and 1206
(0.25 W).
