The high power dissipation and compact 57-mm by 60-mm footprint of Vishay’s new LPS300, LPS600, and LPS800 thick film resistors
allow designers to reduce the size of their end products by saving valuable space on the circuit board. The devices combine
a wide resistance range of 0.3 Ω to 900 kΩ, high dielectric strength of
12 kVRMS, and high-temperature performance up + 175 °C for power supply, inverter, converter, snubber, and discharge resistor applications.

Samples and production quantities of the LPSxxx high-power thick film resistors are available now, with lead times of eight
to 10 weeks for larger orders.
