Vishay RFWaves base band micro-controller RFW-M100 is a specific design
for the RFW122-M. It equipped with Sunplus powerful 16-bit CPU core, and
an RF serial data engine to control the transmission traffic and the data
transmission through the RFW-122-M. There are 16K words of ROM built-in
for the transmission protocol control and the application control
functions. To reach low power consumption, the controller has
power-saving function that can be controlled by customers' program.
