Vishay’s New PSC Series of RF Spiral Inductors for Wire Bonded Assemblies Features Low DCR to
MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA — Dec. 16, 2009 — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced a new series of RF spiral inductors for wire bonded assemblies. Featuring low DCR, high Q, and a wide range of inductance values, the Vishay Electro-Films PSC series inductors are supported by an available RF equivalent circuit model, which allows designers to generate highly accurate computer simulations of component performance.
The PSC inductors are designed for RF circuits that require wire bondable components, including impedance tuning circuits, lumped element filters, and hybrid RF integrated circuits in communications systems and test and measurement instrumentation.
