Vishay Intertechnology to Offer Product Demonstrations and Highlight Automotive Innovation at electronica 2010
Company will also showcase “Super 12” products and make two forum presentations
MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA — Nov. 3, 2010 — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced that at electronica 2010 in Munich, Germany, it will present demonstrations highlighting the advantages of its components in key applications. At booth A5.143, Vishay will provide demonstrations of its new diodes, rectifiers, and modules; MOSFETs; integrated circuits; optoelectronics; inductors; resistors; and capacitors. At Vishay’s Automotive Innovation booth, A6.A41/42, the company will focus on energy efficiency and present components such as MOSFETs, film capacitors, and Schottky diodes.
Vishay will also showcase its “Super 12” featured products for 2010 and make two presentations at forums.
Product sessions at Vishay’s booth A5.143 will include demonstrations of the current and temperature performance of the Company’s bypass diodes in a photovoltaic cell circuit; space and performance differences between the PowerPAIR® MOSFET and solutions with two discrete SO-8 MOSFETs; recoverable 30-V smart power switches under short-circuit and overcurrent conditions; the low audible noise generated by Vishay’s latest IHLP® inductors; and much more.

Vishay will also be highlighting its “Super 12” featured products. These innovative products, ideal for use in several key applications, provide a cross-section of the company’s very broad product portfolio. For example, the Super 12 group includes 597D and T97 multi-anode tantalum capacitors, which offer the industry’s highest capacitance-voltage of 1500 µF at 4 V to 15 µF at 75 V.
In addition, Vishay personnel will make two presentations at electronica forums:
