As one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is proud to have become a member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) which furthers our continued commitment to operate in an ethically and environmentally responsible manner. We are committed to the principles contained in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and will ensure that the Company's facilities are in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the countries of which they operate. In addition:

Vishay will expect and require all suppliers to adopt and actively conform to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.

Vishay continues to evolve its established Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Program and Management Systems and expects suppliers to do so as well.

Vishay will conduct internal periodic self-assessments of Environmental, Health, Safety, Human Resources and Ethics policies and procedures.

Vishay will support RBA requests for self-assessments of compliance and will respond to all findings and recommendations generated as a result of the audits.

Vishay has adopted the RBA Code as our Supplier Code of Conduct in which we expect our Suppliers to act in accordance with this code as well.

Vishay will conduct periodic reviews with our suppliers to ensure they are in compliance with this policy.

Vishay aims to ensure that all our business activities are conducted in a sustainable, environmentally efficient and socially responsible manner that reflects the commitment we make to our Customers, Stakeholders, Employees, and our Community.
