宾夕法尼亚、MALVERN—2020年2月10日 — 日前,Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE股市代号:VSH)推出新型 -30 V p沟道TrenchFET®第四代功率MOSFET,器件采用热增强型3.3 mm x 3.3 mm PowerPAK® 1212-8S封装,10 V条件下导通电阻达到业内最低的3.5 mΩ,同时,导通电阻与栅极电荷乘积,即MOSFET在开关应用的重要优值系数(FOM)为172 mΩ*nC,达到同类产品最佳水平。节省空间的Vishay Siliconix SiSS05DN专门用来提高功率密度,占位面积比采用6mm x 5mm封装的相似导通电阻器件减小65 %。

日前发布的MOSFET导通电阻比上一代解决方案低26 %,比市场上排名第二的产品低35 %,而FOM比紧随其后的竞争器件低15 %。 这些业内最佳值降低了导通和开关损耗,从而节省能源并延长便携式电子设备的电池使用寿命,同时最大限度降低整个电源路径的压降,以防误触发。器件紧凑的外形便于安装在PCB面积有限的设计中。

行业标准面积尺寸的SiSS05DN可直接替代升级5 V至20 V输入电源应用中的现有器件。 该MOSFET适用于适配器和负载开关、反向极性保护、电池供电设备电机驱动控制、电池充电器、消费类电子、计算机、电信设备等。

器件经过100 % RG和UIS测试,符合RoHS标准,无卤素。

SiSS05DN现可提供样品并已实现量产,供货周期为12周,视市场情况而定。
