SIC43X MICROBUCK® SERIES
The SiC43x is the industry's first buck regulator capable of up to 24A output current in a compact 4mm x 4mm MLP package. High performance trench MOSFETs are combined with a low quiescent current (50uA) controller to enable benchmark peak efficiencies of up to 98%. Design with the SIC43x family is simple, thanks to integrated compensation and minimal external components.
