THIN FILM CHIP RESISTOR ARRAYS
Vishay's ACAS AT series offers thin film chip resistor arrays with two or four resistive elements and individual resistance values. The combination of multiple resistive elements in one package allows for similar manufacturing conditions and thermal coupling of the resistors, guaranteeing tight relative properties that are essential in applications requiring a stable divider ratio.
The devices offer a relative temperature coefficient down to ± 5 ppm/K, relative tolerance down to ± 0.05 %, and an excellent relative long term stability of < 0.05 % for 1000 h operation at P70.
