Vishay's MCW AT series offers extremely high power dissipation of up to 1 W in small case sizes, allowing for component count reduction and board space savings. The components' wide terminal geometry improves heat dissipation and reduces thermal stress, guaranteeing enhanced long term stability and thermocycling robustness for up to 3000 cycles. For precision requirements, parts are available with TCR down to ± 15 ppm/K and tight tolerance of ± 0.1 %.
