CCPA
If the CCPA will be applicable to the respective processing activity, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, including the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you; categories of personal information that we have collected about you; categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; categories of personal information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you; categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose; and the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
- Request that we delete personal information that we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Request that we correct personal information we maintain about you that you believe is inaccurate.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information under the CCPA.

Submit a Request
When you submit a request, we may ask you to provide information so we can verify your identity before taking action.
You may designate an authorized agent to make the request on your behalf. If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may require you to either verify your own identity directly with us or directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
If we deny your request, in whole or in part, as permitted under the CCPA, we will explain why. We will not discriminate against you for choosing to exercise any of your California privacy rights.
California’s Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
