These devices provide true bidirectional switching for 2.3 to 5.5 V rails at up to 7 A with 5.1 mΩ RDS(on). Variants cover EN active low or high, with internal pull-down or pull-up options. Typical slew rate is 1 000 µs with 500 to 800 µs on-delay, and ultra-low IQ from 0.11 to 8.2 µA. Ultra-compact 1.3 × 1.7 × 0.5 mm footprints suit dense mobile designs.
