Vishay’s SQJQ140ER is an AEC-Q101, top-side-cooled 40 V n-channel MOSFET in the PowerPAK® 8 × 8LR for automotive 12 V systems. It delivers micro-ohm performance — typical RDS(on) 570 µΩ (max 650 µΩ) — high current capability, and gullwing leads for mechanical / thermal stress relief. Top cooling dumps heat directly to a heatsink, avoiding vias, reducing PCB copper and temperatures; the board ran ~15 % cooler vs. the TO-LL in comparisons.
