SQJ180EP

SQJ180EP is an 80 V automotive n-channel MOSFET in the PowerPAK® SO-8L with secure-mounting gullwing leads. It delivers 3.0 mΩ max RDS(on) at 10 V — 42 % lower than the prior generation — and a 27 % better RDSxQg FOM for higher efficiency. The package enhances board-level reliability and can reduce PCB area by up to 80 % versus D2PAK. It is suited for 48/24/12 V DC/DC converters, powertrains, transmissions, solenoids, and motor drives.
