Vishay’s SQJQ140E is an AEC-Q101 automotive 40 V n-channel MOSFET in the PowerPAK® 8×8L that delivers micro-ohm on-resistance — typical 440 µΩ (max 530 µΩ) — to cut losses and boost efficiency. The wire-free package and gullwing leads support high current and relieve mechanical / thermal stress, improving board-level reliability. Versus D2PAK, it shrinks footprints by ~60 % and height by ~64 %, enabling higher power density in 12 V systems, EPS, pumps, DC/DC, and motor control.
