Vishay’s SQJQ184ER is an AEC-Q101, top-side-cooled 80 V n-channel MOSFET in the PowerPAK® 8×8LR. Optimized for heatsink mounting, it achieves very low on-resistance (max 1.4 mΩ) with a wire-free construction and gullwing leads to relieve mechanical / thermal stress. Direct heat removal to the heatsink (no vias) lowers PCB and adjacent device temperatures — up to ~19 % cooler at 110 A — enabling higher power density, efficiency, and reduced PCB copper / costs.
