Vishay’s SiJK5100E is a 100 V TrenchFET® Gen V power MOSFET in the PowerPAK® 10 × 12, delivering best in class on-resistance down to 1.1 mΩ, with improved Qg/Qgd for fast switching and strong thermal performance. The low profile, TO-leadless package can replace three to four PowerPAK SO-8 devices for synchronous rectification, OR-ing / hot-swap, power supplies, motor drives, battery management, and automation.
