600 V and 650 V E Series and EF Series

Vishay’s 600 V / 650 V E Series and EF Series superjunction MOSFETs come in PowerPAK® SO-8L and PowerPAK 8x8 packages. The E Series is built for hard-switching PFC, while the EF Series adds a fast body diode with up to 10× lower Qrr for soft-switching LLC designs. Both package options feature a Kelvin source for a cleaner gate drive; the SO-8L is AEC-Q101 qualified, and the 8x8 saves space versus the TO-220 / TO-263.
