Vishay’s SIHK050N65E is a Gen 4.5 650 V superjunction MOSFET in PowerPAK® 10 × 12 TO-leadless package (9.9 mm × 11.7 mm × 2.3 mm) with an integrated Kelvin source. It delivers the industry’s lowest RDS(on)×Qg FOM — 65.4 % lower than the previous SJ2 — and a 37.8 % lower RDS(on)-Eoss FOM, enabling higher PFC bus voltages, efficiency, and power density for up to 6 kW supplies in servers, datacenters, gaming, telecom, solar inverters, and UPS.
