Vishay’s SiZF640DT is a symmetric dual n-channel 40 V MOSFET in the PowerPAIR® 6 × 5FS package. Optimized for 50 % duty-cycle half-bridges, its pinout with gate-return creates an ultra short loop to minimize parasitic inductance, and large VIN/GND pads enhance thermal dissipation.
