It delivers fast switching and a 3 µs short-circuit withstand, with 45 mΩ typical RDS(on) at VGS = 18 V, 51 A ID, 83 nC Qg, and 96 pF Coss. Rated to 254 W, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free. Ideal for solar inverters, energy storage systems, and UPS power stages.
