ELECTROFAST
For new designs, Vishay EFI offers faster than leadtime prototype delivery service for a small volume first delivery. This fast delivery allows designers to experiment with new ideas and get their products to market faster than conventional delivery.
ElectroFAST delivery is available for the wide range of materials, thicknesses and surface finishes that Vishay EFI has in inventory. Vishay EFI has no restriction on the complexity and number of features a customer can order through our prototype process.

Delivery Guidelines
Conductor Only or Resistor Conductor with one of the following:
- Plated Thru Holes
- AuSn
Multilayer which includes only one additional feature:
- Bridged Couplers
- Filled Vias
- Silicon Nitride
- Cutouts
- Sidewall Patterning
Multilayer to include more than one additional feature:
- Bridged Couplers
- Filled Vias
- Silicon Nitride
- Cutouts
- Sidewall Patterning
- Plated Thru Holes
- AuSn
The lead times above include all design and tooling time, but longer leadtimes may be required for specialty substrates and high complexity.
