PowerPAK® 1212 8SCD

The PowerPAK® 1212-8SCD package integrates a common-drain dual MOSFET into a single 3.3 mm × 3.3 mm class footprint, enabling true bidirectional conduction in one package. By replacing two standard PowerPAK 1212-8 devices, it halves board area (≈10.9 mm² vs 21.8 mm²) while preserving optimal current paths and low RS-S(ON). The shared-drain layout simplifies routing, cuts component counts, and boosts power density for compact battery management and load switch designs.
