Vishay's VJ Safety Certified surface-mount MLCCs are AEC-Q200 qualified and approved to IEC 60384-14. The devices feature a high reliability Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system and wet build process that provides DC voltage ratings of 2 kV for excellent performance in automotive and industrial power supplies, EMI and AC line filtering, and isolators.
